3. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
4. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. REFUND POLICY
Purchases made online may be returned in person at CJL Diamond Brokers or by shipping the item(s) back to our location. A complimentary return label will be provided within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, unaltered items from purchases totaling $175 CAD or more. Return shipping costs for purchases under $175 are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In-person returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, a copy of the shipping confirmation email, or the original online purchase receipt. A member of our team will process your return and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you are unable to return your item in person, you may send it back by mail. All returned merchandise must be in original, unaltered, and unworn condition and include all original packaging, warranty cards, booklets, any included components, and all tags must remain attached to the product. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping across Canada on all items purchased through our online store, making it easy and convenient to shop from anywhere in the country. Standard parcels are shipped via UPS or Canada Post, depending on the delivery address, and will include a tracking number. Express parcels are shipped through UPS or Purolator and will also include tracking.
Custom-Made Items:
All our custom-made jewellery pieces, including rings with any size centre stone, are crafted to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production. The time may vary slightly depending on the finger size and the size of the centre stone. Once your item is complete, we will ship it directly to you.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping within Canada on orders over $375 CAD. We take care of the shipping cost for you.
CJL Diamond Brokers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, service interruptions, or courier-related issues beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of such delays.
Orders are processed and shipped between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day.

WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE
All products are protected against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This includes any faults in the construction, setting, or materials of the item resulting from workmanship errors.
Warranty coverage does not apply if the item has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., pool chemicals, bleach, or abrasive substances), improper storage, or physical impact.
